The next IRC meeting for the Boundaries to Bridges tour (Spain to Africa) will
take place on saturday 30th August 2003 CET. Chanel #btb.

1 -In the last IRC meeting the main points that came out of the discussion was
that some people needed more details on how far the tour PREPARATION is gone,
which was not avaliable to any of the persons present at the meeting; and there
was also the point that we needed to point-out more precisely the short term and
long term PERSPECTIVES of imc-in-Africa.
