[Imc-africa] Participation in Dakar Conference

Dear Comrades,
The forming IMC in Kenya approves John Bwakali as a delegate for the 
Dakar Conference. Please note that as this is a forming IMC, other 
Kenyan acitivists within and without Kenya will submit delegate 
approvals for any remaining vacancies.
