[Imc-africa] 250 computers for African IMCs

I discussed with rabble from imc-tech-solidarity last time in the IRC meeting and he said in the coming 10 months they could arrange some 250 computers for African IMCs as they did for Equador. Then the questions where :
1.) Where in Africa should the computers be sent before being distributed to other IMCs. Because it is cheaper to send all to one address in Africa first then to distribute them.
2.)Which person will recieve the computers. Person should afford a place to park them safely and then to distribute them.
3.) Which groups are in need of Computers and how will the groups put the computers into the disposal of their IMC members (public). I think on this issue the various IMC groups in Africa need to hold meetings and discuss them.
