Description of panel discussion: A crisis is emerging in Africa that will surpass past food shortages in terms of complexity and extent.  This one stems from government decisions regarding trade; and the lack of clean water, food security and health care.  Journalists and advocates will provide eyewitness accounts of life in Africa and demystify the many facets of this imminent catastrophe.
