March 3 issue — Hussein Kamel, the highest-ranking Iraqi official ever
to defect from Saddam Hussein’s inner circle, told CIA and British
intelligence officers and U.N. inspectors in the summer of 1995 that
after the gulf war, Iraq destroyed all its chemical and biological
weapons stocks and the missiles to deliver them.

Washington will ignore these facts and continue to execute it's own
agenda.
It is the Bush Doctrine, the Strategy for War in Iraq, part 2 of the
Defense Planning Guidance, now adopted as the National Security
Strategy.
These extreme right wing neo conservatives have created a Ministry of
Fear that use nazis-like mass media propaganda to instill a paranoia.
This sums up their strategy:
"the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is
easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and
denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country
to danger."

This is not acceptable.
The US obtained an unaminous UN vote for Resolution 1441 based on
disarmament.
The Iraqi's have provided proof of compliance but the US is not
accepting it because they seek regime change, contrary to the
resolution.
A global political action must be taken against the Bush fascist regime
and their ill conceived Pax Americana.
All UN members must support France Germany Russia and China in a
collective vote against the US 2nd resolution in the UN security
council.
If the US ignores the UN demands, then the UN and global citizens must:
1) USE the World Court to take action against G. Bush, P.Wolfowitz, R.
Perlman, D. Rumsfeld, D.Cheney, and C.Powell for crimes against
humanity, exactly as were the Nazis.
2) Impose sanctions against the US
3) Urge consumer boycott of US made products and services with a target
date for March 21, 2003.
4) Reverse the US threat of making the UN non relevant by pulling the UN
out of New York and re locate to Europe.
