Hi! cool to hear from you.
May be I should give you the following small advice.
If the people in your group have email access then write an email to new imc
(u still got the address.right!) and ask them to create a mailing list for you
called imc-kenya. The nice thing about this is that as you communicated with
yourself, the mails are being archived and any person from indy can see the
achives and know that there is something happening on the ground.
For example informing one an other about new contacts and new outreach that you
are making.
Did you contact the other group? cool.
I'll also advice that you join the following mailing list :

Wher you can also copy mails liked this one to help encourage others.
Becuase all the people in this list are concern with the evolution of imc in
Africa.
Also I'll advice you to join the new imc list. So you could get a feeling and
see how others go through the process of launching their imcs.
