Hello all! Horrifying silence out here.
Well as it was the last step on spreading the word in Africa about indy
was to have us participate in a planned tour by a group of other
Organisations to through Africa.
Sadly enough there have not been much discussion on it from the comrades
in the continent. Nothing from IMC Nigeria and SA as far as I know.
For IMC Ambazonia I happen to know there are some momours but no full
 blown out discussion.
And for our other comrades elsewhere there discussion have been kind of
slow too; there was some response from the comrades in imc canaries but I do
not know were they are now with that. Comrades from imc-Europe we had hope
to participate in running workshops on indy have been sadly silent.
Thus we have just a few activists from IMC Germany, Ambazonia; forming imc
Kenya and some activists from Congo(Zaire- planing to form an imc) who
in to the discussion this far from an indy perspective on the tour.
Which discussions have been as well focusing on the part of the tour
in Senegal where the focus will be indy.
Sure there was also the fact that the other organisations participating
in the tour had not earlier spelt out what exactly they plan to
achieve for us to see how to feat things together.

The tour is starting next month as was already annouced here.

We managed to get an indy-type website for use both for the tour and in our
project of pushing not hierachy, consensus based media organising(indys)
in Africa.

It is not yet late to participate in the tour; help run workshops on indy
. If anyone who is interested in Participating please do indicate.
At this point I think the most important thing for us to start
preparing the part of the tour that will have indy as focus.
That is the part of the tour that will take place in Senegal
in March 2004. We plan to have indy workshops there and an
alternative meedia meeting with focus on indy.

-Please take sometime and look at the website we set for the tour:
http://imc-in-africa.so36.net

-The discussions on the tour lead to a discussion on indy process for
africa; perspectives long and short term.
