[Imc-africa] I sent around fundraising e-mail a bit

Hi,

I just sent out the fundraising e-mail to a bunch of IMCs directly, so they 
can know about the project and maybe raise some money.  There is discussion 
on the imc-finance list about the proposal as well.  We'll see how that 
goes.  Oh, and we're having a fundraising party on Saturday night in 
Philadelphia hoping to raise a couple hundred dollars.  So, I think I've 
done what I can.
