Hello Nyenti! I'll try to answer the questions you raised. Just should incase
you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask them. I'll try to answer the
best I can.
<new to the UK network-was looking for links to join
 <into.
<This sphinx is most defence and harps on non-hierarchy
<and formal consensious. Yet in docs. I read s/he is
<African Network Facilitator or something, I read a
<whipping made to someone else (called chema, about ceo
<mentality and I can hardly believe my eyes,
<the ticket for this person already been paid or set
<aside, by who and why, just this ticket secured and a
<"proposal for the others" are we talking about
 <disclosure.

You are right the ticket of this Sphinx has been paid for by UCIMC. And this
Sphinx was chosen by UCIMC-IGAP as a facilitator for UCIMC-IGAP. And this
information is avaliable to all who have the slightest desire to know about
it . You can get the information how from the following mails saved in the
archives of imc-process the main discussion/decision list of indymedia
network. And in the archives of imc-africa list where the indymedia- africa
issues are discussed as well as in the archives of the main indymedia liason
list imc-communication.

< I notice 3 people from "So called Ambozonia-Cameroon"
< why, when there is so little money around.

You are right the ?So called Ambazonia-Cameroon? like all other approved
imcs had a right to three places. The discussion start from representation to
money and not the other way round.
Here is the draft that ws discussed in a networkwide ircmeeting.
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/Draft#Delegations_to_Alternative_Media

< Is the name sphinx not linked to the ambozonia link as
<producer of artiles? Is this a European or Africa
 <link?
<Who is B t B and how did the "Conference get to have a
<concrete form without us knowing about it.

Is a pity that ?YOU? know nothing about it. Yet ther process list and
imc-africa lsit where informed.

< B t B has only gone as far as Morocco,  I understand
<there is a money issue and the B t B people are not
<really indymedia activists as I researched.
<"Winds of change are B t B ideas and not indymedia
<The need for the confernce still remains with me as a
<question Read as many links like you and understand there is
<one person who seems to be driving this process.

BTB has gone as far as Morocco on it's way to Senegal though technical
problems would not let the whole team go further as intended.
You are WRONG about there being a ?money issue with btb?, may be it is a
deliberate mistake, that is your issue.
Good research, no one said all the people in btb are indymedia people. But
that indymedia people are invovled, you probably deliberately did not want to
know or rather did not see it necessary to investigate.

About more on btb, subcribe to the following mailing list and look through the
archives.

< The programme is vague, where is the input from the
<other african IMC in africa it feels like there is a
<African/european spokesperson talking for all africa
<and each time the information is challenged there is a
<barrage of hurtful words. (see reply to chema and
 <yourself)
<Wonderful but in indymedia this seems strange.....

That the programme is vague is your opinion. But again no one said the
programme is decided. That was a proposal that was discussed in a network IRC
meeting with a handful of other people.
Looking at that programme you'll see that the delegates need to decide exactly
what will be discussed. If you have proposals make them but to keep wailing
that the program is vague is surely clear to you that, it will not be reason
enough to cancel the conference.
