[Imc-africa] Arrangement of material in Brochure

Hello all ! we are one step on the way to the production of the brochure.
Dr.Blimfield who volunteered to do lay-out is through with first stage; that of
getting all the raw info together.
The next step is corrections and amendments.
I personally think the sizes of the letters is perfect.
I agree with Doc's proposal of taking most of the references out of the text of
D. Kidds and putting them like footnotes etc at the end of the book.
It also seems to me, that lots of the text under the first part "introduction"
is very similar, one is left with the feeling of reading the same thing again
and again in different words.
Thus I propose that the following go to the back of the book
