Hello NeBe/Glenda
I did understand the English words in your mail but hardly understood the
intention. On the one hand it is as if you are trying to inform people
of the state of things in Dakar, on the other hand you seem to want to
complain but I do not get about what and to who.

You have been in this list all along and have followed the discussions about
the difficulties and lack of funds to pay the transport of the African
delegates,
and it was clear if we do not get funds for that then it makes no sense for
people to travel to Dakar. Which complain you made as well to me.
This worried made me to write the mail here so that anyone who could have
raised any funds should inform all on the list so we know if it is possible to
may be consider sending just three African delegates.

I even talked that with you on the phone many times about how terrible it
will be if we do not get funds for the delegates. I wrote you a private mail
some three days before you left for Dakar asking you if you guys succeeded to
raise any funds so we could see how many of the African delegates we can
afford to pay their transport and got no reply from you.
This uncertainty about funds to cover the transport of delegates lead to the
following mails:
>From Libby

>From Acracia

No! You did not understand correctly, Chrisie and
Andreas while being activists and coming down to Dakar on
their personal cost are NOT directly involved
in indymedia. I explain that clearly to Micheala
 on the phone.

That is not CORRECT. AZIZ is involved with indymedia Estrecho

It will be sad for people eager to know about indyemdia
miss a chance to do so. But what I do not understand is
How could you have made this kind of planning when I had
written this mail to the list clarifying the state of things??
