hi all ,
here eLoi, from barcelona . i'll introduce myself ... i'm from
telenoika.org, video collective, close to madiaq people in spain . i'm going
south with the intention of getting the ((i))mc meeting in dakar, but the
senegal embassy in madrid told me there is a new law in senegal since this
summer that prohibits the circulation of older than 5 years cars in the
country .
i've info from there from october and seems it's really going like this .
only chance to get into senegal was to trafic to enter gambia, but getting
$$militar$$ police on the van and driving straight to the frontier of gambia
. no circulation was allowed into senegal .
so i ask myeself if somebody knows about this situation and if there's any
chance to enter senegal with an older than 5 years old van....
thanks -p
