Hello e''! You are right that we'll find a away-out. Ya! we have been in contact
with some professor at the university of Dakar; who is to prepare invitations
for the other african delegates who need visas. I do not think it will be that
much a problem. Please send me an email with your personal information: Names as
in paasssport,Date of birth, present occupation, present addresses.
