[Imc-africa] Forum of hte people and language barrier

Hello Friends,
I am delighted to write to you all. It is always a pleasure to hear from you and keep in touch. I have just been going through the email on 'The forum of the people'in Mali and I am really amazed at such a wonderful forum and most of hte resolutions therein. My only regret is that many of the ''English 'speakers" in our mailing list may not actively participate in any discussion in such a forum because of language barrier. The reverse is also trueof our French speaking brethren whenever there is any information in English. In light of this, it would be quite helpful if summaries of some of this info would be translated into both French and English. This would be most appreciated.
