This is news. Though sad who made the decision?
I just got a mail from John who said he will be
here-do you know what is going on?

Yes the organisation is frantic and disorganised due
to many factors-we must talk about it- and I would
like to suggest that an evaluation of the whole
process is documented.
Indymedia advocates non hieracy and formal consenses
but the understanding of it in the everyday needs to
be cleared.

Organising of this size needs advanced planning, this
is evident not only here but everywhere.
People here in DAKAR are not appreciating the last
minute telephone calls with instructions and contacts
without forward notice.

I am still not clear if this process(africa outreach)
has a coordinator and if who and how was the person
appointed. Is Shyinx that person? 
Perhaps you may have answers to all these
uncertainties.

These are questions being asked of us here.
