Africa Outreach?????
Nicolas ! I'm no cordinator of any "Africa Outreach" THERE IS NOTHING LIKE
AFRICA OUTREACH anywhere in the network. At least not that I know.
Hello NeBe, if you wish to start some indymedia network group called
"Africa Outreach", the process is you write an email explaining what it is
about to imc-process and ask them for approval. Process is the main list were
all issues like that are decised.

If you wish to see all the mailing list in the network and what they discuss
