[Imc-africa] clarification-moderator sending program

Hello NeBe! I read your last email just now and got an idea where Ofege got the
idea of having to pay 1000 Dollars. Well the mail raised somany issues that I
hope I can afford the time to respond to. 
I also think responding to all the issues in one mail will cost even more
confussing. Thus I'll repond in a couple of emails. 

There is no moderator not sending the program you sent to the list. The are
officially two administrators to this lists whose job is to support the list
from a technical perspectvie and not moderate. Every mail sent by someone on
this list goes direct to the list.

In the first mail you got when you where registered in the list you got
information how to check if your mail gets any trouble.
If you had checked you would have seen that the program refused to send 
your mail with program through the list becuase it had more than the 
allowed Kilobytes for this list.
