 LODGING 
The delegates shall be lodged in a 3 rooms appartment with a big living room, 
Paid for from the Conference funds. So, no delegate is paying anything for the
lodging.  
 
FOOD 
Thre is a budget for food, which shall be used to buy food stuff which we shall
jointly cook and eat together. This too, is from conference funds. 
 
4.)TRANSPORTATION 
We have a budget for taxi to pick delegates from the airport and take them to
the appartment. 
That too is from Conference funds. 
  
LOGISTICS 
No one shall have to pay for printed material from Conference or for material
for workshops. 
No delegate will have to pay for the indymedia handbook that should be delivered
in Dakar to the delegates. Paid for already by IGAP from UCIMC.  
 
 
Everything that shall be done in the frame of the Conference like going to
places for workshops shall be paid for within the conference funds. Ofcourse
they shall be a donation container where anyone who wishes can donate money to
the conference but that is FREE WILL DONATION.
