[Imc-africa] Rough Picture of Financial situation

That is great Jay!. Slowly everything is moving of the conference . 
Maulwurf(mole) and Seb are flying in tomorrow a well as a great chunk of the
delegates.
 I think my biggest nightmare is my telephone bill that will come for this month
with all the calls to Africa; 
-First was call with all delegates as soon as the fundation had decided to pay
for some of the delegates.
-Angola, more than 5hours, with first contact person for imc-angola, then with
delegate almost everyday for 4days running, TAP airline office in Angola to
solve ticket problem-correct name/indicate ticket ort to be there, fax to embasssy.
-Congo to clarify correct ticket problems and confirm visa, change of name in
ticket issues 2hours or more. fax embassy 
-Same with Cameroon ticket visas fax, telephone with consulate as well as
delegates to handle the issues.
-Kenya fax ticket, visa and clarification on ticket issues 

I hope I'll be able to make it to pay the bill.
As of now:
We got some extra bills to pay:
-Angola 348 US Dollars, for renaming ticket and change of date.
-Congo 100 US Dollars for Renaming ticket.
- Then we had to pay ticket for John-Kenya and the extras for Grace.
-Appartment in Dakar for 7days.
-And other Dakar expenditures like taxi pick-up of Guest & food

That is basically the items off-head. Will ofcourse prepare a more detail report
 later. But one thing is sure that telephone bill will be a killer.
