We here the activist and our counterparts, share the
opinion that this money would be well spent for this
very significate and appropiate action which is at the
forefront of the principal of indydedia world wide.
Mobilisation and solidarity for the voiceless when
they become the voice.
While we symethise that for reasons only you
understand, hence the telephone bill.
The telephone bill quoted is equal to the amount paid
out for the use of resouses for the whole conference.
We suggest that should this bill be met a party
fundraiser be organised to meet it. In Germany

We would like to deposit our counter argument that
this money be differently, well spent for an action
that will affect the awareness and solidary for a
whole island community. An island that has a
historical significance for all of  us in Africa and
the debate of slave history and the continued
marginalised communities -go to website page.

for more information on BUSH's visit and the
subsequent removal of over a 1000 person placed in
prison in order to clean up the streets of Goree for
the visit of BUSH.   Further instruments of
oppression.
And more, we have interviews and film coverage which
the community willing have given and would further
inform and talk to us. 

A $100 dollars enshares 20 Dakar and African delegates
which in our opinion is an action that would support
an example of solidary. 
We all as European activist will ensure our own costs.
All in all we would be over 40 activist going over to
the island for a whole day day of solidarity.

We suggest that you approve the use of this $100 for
this action.
