Hello All
We here have been as a team organising the conference
with the help of the financial resourses made
available especially for this conference from
Switzerland-Dakar logistics.
The payment for all the website cafes, meeting and
discussion rooms etc, plus copies, cd, cassettes etc.
The phrase crossing t's and dotting eyes is 
inappropiate and not to say the least arrogant and not
necessary as we are a team of skilled engaged
experienced people. Who are delievering see site and
watch this site for more- a press release will be
release at the close of workshops, discussions and
final product display.

Much of the hard work, while supported from Germany
was essentially done on the ground, in Dakar even if
at first the situation was difficult. We problem
solved to ensure this conference is carried out with
positive outcomes.

We have and appreciate all the hard work contributed
by all and thank you all once again.
