oh I forgot to say that so much waste of money has
incurred due to last minute arrangements.
The other incident is one of the delegates(Ambazonia
2nd delegate) did not pitch up even though the ticket
was paid for and on the other hand the South Africans
were not able to participate due to lack of funds.
