Good idea about the excursion! Then who pays the bill for the phone calls
without which you probably could have not have any delegates to struggle to
present an excursion to??.
What do you exactly expect me to do?
Have donations sent in to be sent over for excursion and then start screeming in
my lil corner with a telephone bill incured on the organising of the conference??
Ask the delegates how many times I had to ring each of them to Organise ticket
visa etc. And how many times I called the Senegalese embassy in their country
Ask the delegats from ALL the countries. May be start with Angola and he will
tell you I called him more than 20times I repeat 20(twenty times) to put things
together for him to be done there in Dakar and you to consider the excursion
more important than the telephone bill . Ask all the others, ask Jean how many
times I called to organise the trip for floribert and then he got sick and we
had to change things for Him. Ask Frank How any times I called him, Ofege, then
the Senegalese Consolate then hiim then Ofege. And so on.
Or in other words you do not mine the dam how I get to solve that problem of the
phone bill?? what have the funds you raised in Switzerland been used for???
