Ofege not showing up does not in any way disturb SA ticket.

I said before that the application to "umvertilung" included  the name of all
the delegates from all the countries, their professions and life history. 
I also included- "3 prsons from South Africa". Umvertilung chosed from the
entire list 5 persons they would pay tickets for. Five persons whom one of the
comrades who participated in the first stage of the decision of which 5persons
even gave a hint why those specific 5.

-Grace was the only woman on the whole lists.
-Ofege was the person amongst all the delegates with the longest history of
imprisonment for carrying out his profession as a journalist.
-Floribert was even know to "Umvetilung" as they once had to hurrily send money
to DRCongo for people to help him escape from the regime in Kinshasa some years
back.
-Gilberto's-Angola their Radio station had won some award for the most
independent news outlet.
-Frank; their radio station is amongst the few in Cameroon that is trying to  be
as object as they can in the face of a brutal dictorial regime. 

Of course I believe had we known abit more information about the SA delegates
(history and names) they could may be have been chosen by umvertilung. That I've
already explained on this list more than twice.

Think of something better!
