here the Dakar communiqué as RTF.  It has already
been published on the website.  Julien has promised
to provide a translation into french which should 
come out monday.

Let me use this opportunity to tell you how much I
appreciate working with you and hope to continue
this promising cooperation.

sur la page webb.  Julien a promis faire une 
traduction en français, que doit étre publier lundi.

S.v.p. le distribuer dans les media locaux mème que
aux militants.

Laissez-moi prendre cette opportunité pour éxpresser
common j'avais apprecié de travailler avec vous et
que j'espière bien continuer cette cooperation promisseuse.

Hier also das Dakar Communiqué als RTF.  Es ist bereits
auf der Website veröffentlicht.  Julien hat zugesagt eine
französische Übersetzung zu besorgen, die Montag veröffentlicht
werden dürfte.

Bitte verteilt es an die lokalen Medien und Aktivisten.

Lasst mich die Gelegenheit nutzen auszudrücken wie sehr mir
die Zusammenarbeit mit Euch gefallen hat und dass ich hoffe
diese vielversprechende Zusammenarbeit fortzuführen.
