I  can see that you're still very much of a  ' BULLY' , to me at least, even from a distance! Ofcourse i am not "dehydrated'. What with the cool an fresh  Kenyan spring waters, abundantly available, who can get or stay 'dehydrated'?

 And Frank, I hoped you'd know by know that any mail sent in French, 
 you kindly TRANSLATE for "us" so i don't have to keep requesting everytime, like the mail from Juan, could you do the needful...please?

Biya? Never mind the fellow. Did you hear his
motorcade was missiled with rotten tomatoes and eggs
by cameroonians in London when he visited there about
the time we were in Dakar? Served him right. Hope he
got a message from that. That may never have happened
to him in Yaounde where his convoy is always covered
by a whole army as you rightly say.

Hope Grace's got dehydrated for a while after the 
parting tears she shed in dakar.
