Why am i updating this spamcount thing? can't people type it
themselves?

PS: we have no process for designating someone, and no process for
making a process - see my post to the general list. For now iguess
we'll give it some time and see if anyone objects?

PPS: remember that it is the responsibility of the third person who
agrees with hiding something to actually go to the site and do the
hiding themselves.

PPPS: it is not possible to hide an article and not the comments to it.
if you can be bothered, repost the text yourself.
