[Imc-aotearoa-ed] victor spams duncan! twice!

Hey folks,
                    Two more comments added by Victor to a post by 
Duncan on the election. The first comment is abusive (``NZ voters .. 
half-wits'', TV channels, whose ass are they up'' ), while the second 
comment is just a link, no text, to that Ozzie article about NZ election 
which has already been left up as a post.

I've hidden both, and am comfortable about the second, though for the 
first hidden comment we may need to think about the boundaries of 
abusive comments as many indysites get a lot of such comments - are we 
 (in particular, me) being too strict?
