3. Does a list of link with no hand written commentary
constitute 'content' under our policy? Not in my
book... victor hasn't even said what the links are
about. They're about usinf the ionosphere to transmit
waves to use for thought control, at least I think was
the gist of it...
Shall we tell him to resubmit it with some commentary?

4. Those battery hen farming articles/ pics. How did
you link the pictures into the one article?
