Hi Clare,
                    I would hide it - we need to be form so as to 
encourage people to follow corre4ct procedures - otherwise the newswire 
loses a lot of usability for readers. This is victor again I think, and 
he should know better by now - perhaps he is trying to test our ed 
policy definition of link only posts?

The author can always repost it with some text if they are serious.
