Brian - I'm comming to the view that wghile we do need to write these
policies it is more important to revise our aims nad define what 'off
topic posts' are. Then we can use the net of that doc to build others.

I wondered about that post too - but decided that although it was
commercial in nature it was not a 'for-profit' motivated exercise.
