No. It's an unattributed quote, or it's an author's comment in breach of our
policy. The other phobic stuff in this article leads me to believe that it
is an author's comment, therefore I second the hiding. If it were about
grammatical inconsistency, I wouldn't have had to read beyond the first
paragraph to find something to gripe about.

The comment on the quoting scheme was me trying to figure out exactly
whether it was a quote or not.

I must admit, however, to being a grammar nazi, and have repeatedly proven
incapable of letting grammatical screw-ups go un-commented-on. Guess that's
why I get to do so much glorious editing of Chch IMC stuff... mmm,
editing...
