[Imc-aotearoa-ed] new spammer: Jeff

Hi,

I've been poking around the logs trying to find the identity of the
person who has been spamming the wire with large pictures of tanks and
helicopters. It's 'Jeff', confirmed today by himself:

If anyone wants to look at the relevent log entries I can pass em on.
He's posted heli pics anonymously and then uploaded other rants using
the name Jeff within a short time, on the same IP address.

I propose that he be added to the spammers list as someone who is
trying to disrupt the website, and that his heli pics are hidden on
sight. His comments are pretty spammy too, usually "you stupid fucking
hippies" or similar, but we can discuss this at the meeting maybe?

There does seem to be 3+ unique trolls on the site right now, we need to
discuss how much tolerence we have for this kind of disruptive activity.
Brian Smaller at least does seem to actually invite debate, and I
haven't noticed him spoofing other people. Not so sure about the others
though.
