[Imc-aotearoa-ed] spam and open lists

hello, the reason why spam has started to arrive is that anyone can post
to this list. (and also that spam assassin is not installed on the list
server at the moment)

do people want to make the list so only members can post (people can
still subscribe themselves) and so stop the spam.

or would you rather keep it open so anyone can post, and just cope with
the spam. it's not a huge amount in the scheme of things
