[Imc-aotearoa-ed] new spammer: Jeff

i thought i had thirded all this, but they haven't come through , so,

i agee for jeff to be spammer status, as he has admitted he is doing it
solely to disrupt the wire,

and the crap in the calender should be removed too.

anything that obviously isn't a real event should be removed, without
having to ask permission i reckon. because it destroys the useability of
the calender. also we need to nip it in the bud as it's a pain removing
stuff from the calender - you have to do it by hand, taking it out of
the code. no easy 'hid this' button or anything like that.
