We should also start getting heavy on the torrent of offtopic crap being posted 
as comments by the dc, dk, jeff, fredrico et all. For instance the peace jog - 
people aint gonna want to post stuff if they just get 20 irrelevent or 
offensive comments . . .

We should add 'clearly offtopic comments' to the 'problems requiring immediate 
action' section. Theres just no way we can keep up otherwhys. Don't these 
people have jobs??
