Obviously I have a death wish as this is exactly what I am going to suggest.

We put up a feature ABOUT dk, talk about his history of abusing the site and the different ways we have tried to deal with it, linking to his pictures, scanned documents, postings, comments et. We talk about the conflict between maintaining an open-access space and maintaining a safe, user-friendly space. We put up a discussion space at the bottom and we invite the wider AIM community to help us decide what to do about him.

Don is accusing the AIM crew of censoring him and by implication being a sort of ruling in-group (led by Clare ;) in control of the site. This feature would conclusively disprove that, whether Don accepts it or not. Plus, maybe some clever-but-shy AIM reader out there has a solution we all can't see because we are too close to the issue?
