ok, this is what i want to happen with dk, and it is a compromise from
me so i hope others are willing to do the same


1. Greater use of grouping his posts. A disproportionate number of posts
on the wire come from him.
2. Abuse will not be tolerated. if Dk goes into another abuse tirade he
looses the ability to post on indymedia completely. I am serious with
this - his abuse makes the wire a bad place to be in general not just
for editors but readers and other posters!!
3.If DK wants to send some articles to Strypey first, and Strypey is
happy with that, then cool
4. He is still a spammer and we can continue to hide articles and
comments on sight that go against the ed policy. 


if people agree to this, we need to formally email DK informing him that
he will lose all posting rights if he abuses people one more time.

i think that is exceedingly fair of us. personally, i think he has
already abused indymedia enough to be banned 10 time over, and it's
detrimental to the site. but like i said, i'm willing to compromise and
give him one more chance, for the sake process more than anything else.
