he's posted again by then anyway! so, please add a link to what you're
talking about.

Danyl mentions that he edited a summary to make it more descriptive.
Firstly we must acknowledge that this is way outside anything suggested
by our ed policy. on the other hand i used to do this and believe we
should give ourselves the power to do so. is this something we should
consider including in a revision of the ed policy?
