[Imc-aotearoa-ed] Hidden articles

Hi. I agree with roving that we need to be careful about hiding news and 
opinion articles which aren't specific to Aotearoa. 

Overposting - how about a  limit of one article per author per day or 5 
per week? Or is that too liberal? This needs to be discussed and added 
to the AIMEd policy.

As for the rest, editorial policy should apply.
