[Imc-aotearoa-ed] a hider and a question

first off, i hid a dk post id : 3069

secondly:

dk often posts up articles from corporate sources, and modifies them
without saying that he has. ie he just inserts things not present in the
original, or sometimes even changes what people have said. again
presenting it as the original article . (sometimes he writes " dk says
.........." mostly he doesn't tho. one he even modifed a quote from a
scientist blaming homosexuality on milk, where in the orignal article
the scientist did not say anything of the kind.)

in my opinion this is dodgy, as it is deliberately spreading
misinformation. melbourne has a clause about that in their ed policy - i
think we should too. they have a really good ed policy actually.

 anyway, i my question is, can such posts be hidden under :" Copyrighted
or other illegally duplicated content that exceeds the bounds of fair
use. "

or do we need to add stuff to the ed policy?
