Clare: can we lift "WTO : Enemy of the Earth" feature from
global? we need a new feature, and wto coverage

John: I was also wondering about a Jane Kelsey live from
Cancun one.

Let's take the feature from global indymedia (or maybe from
melbourne, who have a slightly different version of the same
article) leaving a 'space' at the bottom for Jane Kelsey's
reports (there is one already to link to) and other updates.

I think the alt-WTO stuff could go on the bottom of the WTO
and communities article.
