hello finn,

thanks for your mail.  roger has been a mildy annoying troll here since 
last July, but not in the sense of serious abuse. he just a harmless 
pest who likes lots of attention.

yeah, i see he's been having a lengthy moan on aotearoa IMC about us:

he usually posts as both "rogerox" and "felicity".  he'll hang around 
'til very late at night, posting comments back and forth between the two 
names, nothing whatever to do with the article his comments are on, 
moaning about how crap indymedia is, how he's being persecuted by us, etc.

as you can see, he's made a bit of a career out of this:

he's also quite non-technical, so your explanations about the virus will 
probably bounce right off, and he'll keep blaming you for it as long as 
he keeps receiving them.

not sure what your policy is on troll-hiding, but i can tell you that 
patient dialogue has not worked with him here so far. maybe you'll have 
better results than we did.
