[Imc-aotearoa-ed] purged: bandwidh leecher

Hi,

Scuse me for completely ignoring the ed policy, but I had to purge a
file from the site - it was a song fom the kill bill soundtrack.

Recently IMC's running dada have been plagued by warez kiddies who have been
uploading files to the media section. A couple of dormant IMC's have
gone through terabytes of data in a short time, so I took action as soon
as I saw the file. This was why we were crippled just after moving to
deskaheh - warez kiddies uploaded a couple of files to another site on
the same link.

We should really have a somethig in our ed policy about this [soon it'll
be the size of a small book!].
