[Imc-aotearoa-ed] caching bug

Hi,

I had a look through the bugs database [bugs.dadaimc.org], and there is
indeed a bug with uncaching articles. I've fixed it now, I'm actually
suprised we didn't notice it sooner.

Basically, dada didn't uncache the article when comments were hidden, so
they would stay up there until the page was recached ie. more comments
are made, the article is edited etc.
