[Imc-aotearoa-ed] dk hidden + article moved to the otherpress

Hi,

I moved an article to the otherpress:
http://indymedia.org.nz/otherpress/display/68/index.php

and hid a dk - I reckon that we need a non-notifiable section to the ed
policy [this is kinda what we have been doing recently with dupes ..],
so stuff like test posts, dupes, empty posts, posts by banned authors
etc. I was gonna write up amendments to the ed policy regarding this and
a few other things, but I haven't had time yet. Maybe next week? With
the added ed features we don't need to worry about who's doin what so
much any more.
