[Imc-aotearoa-ed] hidden + deleted articles

Hi,

I've noticed a lot of articles have been deleted instead of hidden. We
shouldn't be deleting articles as these are hidden from view for site
users. This is only reserved for special circumstances. 

So instead of selecting 'delete article', select 'hide article' in the
Display Options.
