[Imc-aotearoa-ed] nazis

Hi,

Well it looks like the nazi feature has unsuprisingly turned into lots
of racist abuse from nazis, so I propose:

* We hide any more posts that are either racist or abusive from either
  side.
* I leave a note at the bottom of the thread explaining this.
* Given the good chance that we are going to have a few new nazi trolls
  for a while, we should class racist and abusive posts by nazis as
  official spam and hide it immediately, for the short term at least.
