I think DK is now well and truly reverting to his usual abusive spamming
ways. Two questions:

* Should we ban him now?
* Is there enough energy to actually enforce the ban?

Currently we can't resort to any fancy methods like ip blocking, so
everything will have to be hidden by hand.

I'm feeling like I have time, hows everyone else?
