[Imc-aotearoa-tech] make_thumbs fixed

Hi,

I have fixed the broken make_thumbs script - the prob was because the
program that created thumbs was shifted from /usr/bin/X11/convert to
/usr/bin/convert.

I'll have a look into creating thumbs for the broken files - any ideas
miles? Should be doable with a bit of creative bash[ing]. All the images
are owned by www-data and their group is kore, which might cause probs,
I'll do a small test.
